WP1 — Project Management & Coordination
Ensuring smooth implementation of all project activities through effective management, quality assurance, and monitoring. Led by NPG „Dimitar Talev“ as project coordinator.

WP2 — Needs Analysis & Research
Comprehensive research on the current state of AI integration in VET across partner countries through surveys, focus groups, and desk research.
Key Deliverables:
- Survey of 200+ VET teachers on AI readiness
- Focus groups with students and industry stakeholders
- Comparative analysis report on AI in VET
- Recommendations for curriculum development
WP3 — Training & Capacity Building
The core work package focused on developing and delivering AI training for teachers and implementing innovative curricula with students.
Key Deliverables:
- Teacher training program (30+ teachers trained)
- AI-based curriculum for Robot Programming
- Digital textbooks and educational materials
- Virtual laboratory with 3D simulations
- Pilot implementation with 100+ students
- Mobility exchange in Sweden
WP4 — Dissemination & Sustainability
Maximizing the impact and visibility of project results through communication, multiplier events, and sustainability planning.
Key Deliverables:
- Project website and social media presence
- Multiplier events in partner countries
- Policy recommendations for AI in VET
- Open Educational Resources (OER) repository
- Sustainability plan for post-project continuation
